Alicia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business, returning to university after more than a decade since completing her VCE. Her dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in balancing full-time work with her studies. She has also completed courses in Leadership and Management. With over ten years of executive support experience, Alicia has worked closely with senior leadership, managing complex schedules and coordinating high-level stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
She values clarity, structure, and intentional execution, believing that strong operations should feel seamless and well-designed, similar to great Real Estate. Her focus is on creating calm behind the scenes, allowing the team to focus on vision, growth, and relationships.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys staying fit, traveling, and exploring new dining spots. She cherishes quality time with family and friends, and is happily kept entertained by her dog Cooper and cat Chica, the best of friends.
